Note: Due to budgetary constraints, we have enacted a cost-share imitative that allows participants to contribute to the overall cost of the event. While our services are free, lodging, food, fuel, etc. are not. Any funds not used to reimburse expenses are rolled over to our scholarship fund, where anyone unable to afford to contribute can apply to attend the event for free.
