Dr. Matthew R. Burke

Dr. Matthew Burke grew up in Webster, Florida, where his love of the outdoors shaped a lifelong commitment to conservation and service. He founded a nonprofit that introduces warriors, women, and youth to the healing power of nature and has spent more than 26 years in military and public service, including service as a first responder, U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, and a nonprofit leader.
He has led more than 1,000 public events, developed outdoor therapy and youth leadership programs, organized disaster response efforts during Hurricane Michael, and partnered with agencies and community organizations nationwide. A former Team USA Invictus Games athlete, published author, motivational speaker, and Ph.D. graduate in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Emergency Management, Dr. Burke continues to dedicate his life to faith, family, community, and service.

David Muhammed
Board Member
A former U.S. Army Combat Medic now serving as a Cybersecurity Project Manager, David approaches every challenge with resilience and a commitment to continuous learning. He views each setback as a valuable lesson, driving professional and personal growth throughout his career.
Married to Jennifer for 28 years, David has raised two sons, Logan and Lucas. Family is his foundation, and he cherishes his time together hunting, fishing, clay shooting, and attending car shows.
With a servant’s heart, David finds purpose in service—mentoring veterans, advising transitions, and supporting widows at church. This passion led him to 10 CAN, Inc., where he's dedicated to advancing its mission of restoring purpose and connection for heroes and their families.

Dr. Abhishek Kumar
Board Member
Dr. Kumar is a medical rehabilitation specialist who ensures mission effectiveness in mental, physical, and spiritual health for 10 CAN, Inc. He specializes in developing adaptive strategies and equipment that enable disabled individuals—warriors, women, and youth—to fully participate in high-impact outdoor activities like gator hunts, fishing trips, and therapeutic retreats. Through customized solutions, training protocols, and accessibility innovations, Dr. Kumar empowers participants with disabilities to overcome barriers, build resilience, and experience the healing power of nature alongside their families and peers.

Capt. Bobby Delgado
Board Member
Senior Captain Bobby Delgado is a 21-year veteran firefighter/paramedic with the Houston Fire Department, where he has demonstrated unwavering commitment to public safety, emergency response, and team leadership. Since 2010, he has served on the department’s Peer Support Team, providing critical emotional and psychological support to fellow first responders navigating the intense demands of their profession.
From 2019 to 2021, Captain Delgado stepped into the role of the department’s full-time Chaplain, offering spiritual guidance, crisis counseling, and compassionate care during some of the most challenging moments in his colleagues’ lives. His ability to blend practical emergency response expertise with deep emotional intelligence has made him a trusted figure within the department and beyond.
As a Pastor, husband, and father, Captain Delgado brings a holistic approach to caring for first responders and their families. He is passionately dedicated to addressing the mental and spiritual health needs of those who serve on the front lines, recognizing that true resilience requires support for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. His work with 10 CAN, Inc. reflects this calling, as he helps create healing opportunities through outdoor adventure, fellowship, and purpose-driven connection for warriors and their loved ones.

Pastor Aaron Olinski
Board Member
Lead Pastor John Olinski serves as Lead Pastor of Grace Church in Melbourne, FL, which he planted in 2010 after earlier roles as Youth Director and Family Pastor. A graduate of Oral Roberts University with a BA in Theology, he was born in Middletown, NY, as the third of six children, bringing a deep-rooted sense of family and service to his ministry.
Married to Nicole with three sons, Pastor Olinski loves adventure, the outdoors, sports, and his faith in Jesus. His passion for people shines through in his commitment to building community and spiritual growth. Favorite Bible verses include Isaiah 6:1-8, Ephesians 1:3-14, and 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, reflecting his call to bold mission and disciplined faith.

Jasmine Burke
Co-Founder
Jasmine played a key role in developing 10 CAN, Inc. by sharing her unique perspective as the child of a wounded warrior. A licensed Paramedic and Certified Nursing Assistant pursuing her doctorate in Psychology, she is also an avid outdoorswoman, instructor, and mentor for military and first responder children.
Passionate about making a difference through compassion, homeopathic and emergency medicine, and hands-on training, Jasmine brings Black Belt martial arts expertise to her work. Don't let her cute puppy photos fool you—she's a formidable leader and advocate for first responder resilience.

Jon Parks

Jon Parks is a law enforcement veteran and the Vice President of 10 CAN, Inc., where he provides leadership for the organization’s hunting outreach and Eastern Operations Division. His work has helped impact thousands of warriors, women, and youth across the country through outdoor adventures, mentorship, and service.
In this role, Mr. Parks is responsible for planning, coordinating, and hosting hunts, training Pro Staffers, mentors, and volunteers, and supporting fundraising and program operations. He brings a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and mission execution to every aspect of his leadership.
Mr. Parks also serves as Chief of Maintenance for the Sumter County School District, where he helps ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, educators, students, and parents. His work supports academic success, personal growth, and a safe learning atmosphere for the entire school community.

Eron Iler
Board Member
Eron Iler is a Tampa-based business leader and Marine Corps Infantry Officer with advanced degrees in Criminology (B.S., Florida State University), Management, and Business (M.S., Webster University). He founded Fleetistics (formerly GPS Fleet Solutions), growing it into a leading fleet management company serving government agencies, corporations, and small businesses with custom software, mobile apps, and data integration.
His entrepreneurial record includes launching Aftermath Data post-Hurricane Katrina—later PubSafe, LLC, a disaster response platform for NGOs—and IGTech365, LLC, providing managed IT services nationwide. At Orkin Pest Control, he pioneered GPS tracking technology, securing a $5M investment that delivered $25M annual ROI.
Eron is actively involved in search and rescue and nonprofits including 10 CAN Outdoors and Withlacoochee Search and Rescue. A family man with two adult children, he embodies the American dream, building multi-million-dollar companies from financial hardship through hard work and strong teams.

Brigitt Peckham
Finance Officer
Brigitt Peckham is an accomplished accounting professional and Treasurer of 10 CAN, Inc.'s Mountain Division. Her finance career began at age 15 alongside her mother in the family accounting business, igniting a lifelong passion for numbers and analysis. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has owned her own firm while gaining expertise across diverse industries, including construction, retail, equine, electronics, restaurants, nonprofits, and as Controller for a casino.
From a proud military family with many active duty and retired service members, Brigitt brings deep respect for those who serve. Her analytical mindset and broad operational experience make her a trusted financial steward for the organization. She resides in Colorado with her husband, two Australian Shepherds, and a flock of eight chickens.

Dr. Kathy Korell-Rach
Board Member
Kathy Korell-Rach, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Loveland, CO, operating Country Counseling, LLC since 2013. She specializes in trauma and eating disorder treatment, with a deep respect for military personnel and first responders. She also provides sports focused services for equine and rodeo athletes.
A national barrel racing champion on horses from her family’s Quarter Horse breeding program, Dr. Korell-Rach brings personal grit to her work. Her goal is to help clients overcome mental illness, eliminate despair, and rebuild lives filled with purpose and genuine relationships. As a Christian, she emphasizes spiritual connection with God as vital to well-being.
