About The Event
This is a 31-day challenge to get your mind, body, and soul healthier. If you're tired of being overweight, physically or emotionally in pain, or just want to team up with someone who is, then welcome to the Warrior-Up Challenge. Below are some guidelines which will help steer your ascent to a healthier way of life.
Spiritual strength:
Whether you need to grow in faith or deal with some demons, prayer and studying the bible are two of the most effective tools. You are challenged to religiously attend church every Sunday, read the books of Corinthians and Proverbs, and pray deeply at each meal (not just a quick blessing). Thank God for everyone who contributed to your meal: waitress, spouse, cook, truck drivers, farmers, gun and ammo manufacturer, fish and wildlife conservationist, etc. Pray repentance, forgiveness, love, and unity beyond differences.
