Brackets will be double elimination and/or round robin brackets, depending on total number of teams in brackets. Double elimination winners bracket matches will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2. Lower bracket matches will be one game to 15, win by 2. 6 teams or less brackets will play a round robin format; games to 15, win by 2 points. Brackets with 4 teams or less will play a double round robin.
Format and bracket combination may change as needed based on the tournament director.
Additional Information
This year, we are partnering with the 10 CAN Inc. and Healing Hometown Heroes in the fight against Suicide and PTSD. The non for profit 10 CAN Inc. promotes outdoor therapy for Veterans, First Responders, and Youth suffering from suicide ideation and PTSD. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $10,000. We will have raffles, a silent auction, and other activities to help us meet our goal.
Other drinks and food will be available for purchase throughout the tournament.
Food trucks will be on-site throughout the tournament.
Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy
Refunds before 02/12/2024, minus a $10.00 admin fee. After 02/12/2024 no refunds will be issued.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY Event participants and event purchases are in agreement with this policy.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Helping Heroes Pickleball event, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:
- The risks of injury and illness (ex: communicable diseases such as MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) from the activities involved in this program are significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and,
- I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
- I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
- I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS 10 CAN Inc. their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PARTICIPATING, AND PURCHASING THIS TICKET FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
